Do you want to get your flu shot?  The flu vaccine is recommeded every year.  Flu clinic brought to us by Fond du Lac County Health Department.  Please bring insurance cards that you show at medical appointment with you.  Vaccines are covered by Medicare Advantage Plans.  Medicare Part B or Medicaid.  Fond du Lac County Health Department will submit your claim.  Out of pocket cost is $30 for the standard flu vaccine or $50 for the high dose flu vaccine for individuals at 65+.
