Come early to Yoga Stretch to learn from Lifestar EMW on how you can prevent slips, trips and falls.  We hope to see you there and are always looking to hear what you would like us to present in the future months.  After the fall prevention presentation and before Yoga Stretch get your blood pressure checked!  Lifestar EMS will be at the Waupun Senior Center to offer a free blood pressure clinic.
