Yoga Stretch is going to the park! Yoga in the park will be very similar to regular yoga at the Senior Center. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature while practicing yoga. Listen to the pond fountain, water flow over the dam and birds sing. Chair support will be offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures. FREE!
