Attention grown-ups!  coloring books are no longer just for the kids.  In fact, adlut coloring books are all the rage right now.  Research shows that adult coloring can reduce stress and create focus or more mindfulness.  Not to mention, it's just a fun way to pass the time!  All supplies are provided.  Free!  All crafters must pre-register by Monday, March 27th by calling 324-7930 or registering at the Senior Center office.
