Following the 12:30pm blood pressure clinic, Kyle Hunter from Waupun Hospital will be giving a presentation on how you can relieve stress and anxiety along with ways to control the relaxation of your body. Following that, Shannon Abler will be offering information on free home safety inspections from Lifestar EMS, as well as how to request one, and how an inspection could help you. Shannon will also be explaining the File Of Life Cards that participants will have access to and how to fill them out
