Yoga Stretch is going to the park again! Yoga in the Park will be done under the shade of the Harris Mill Park shelter overlooking the beautiful Mill Pond. Yoga in the Park will be very similar to regular yoga at the Senior Center. Chair support will be offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures.
