The Waupun Fine Arts Gallery inside the Waupun Public Library will feature the work of Cody Vande Zande March 12th-April 28th with an artist reception April 22nd from 5-7 PM.
Cody VandeZande was born and raised in Waupun, Wisconsin but moved to Chicago, Illinois to attend The Illinois Institute of Art where he received his BFA in Illustration and Design and the title of Best in Show at the Senior Portfolio exhibition.
Cody is currently working on setting up his own business for illustrated greetings, logo design, and invitation packages such as customized wedding stationary or personalized holiday cards. He has recently illustrated a logo for Vanderpump Pets, a pet collar line by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.
Cody also will be starting a Kickstarter campaign where he hopes to raise enough to self publish his children’s book, A Great White Christmas, an illustrated book about a Great White Shark who saves Christmas when Santa encounters troubles delivering gifts over Australia. Cody hopes to continue to write, illustrate and publish more.
